Veronica's Q&A's

Saddle Brook NJ –  15 minutes outside of NYC

Being a working musician and a lover of all music, DJing seemed like a natural skill to pick up. The lockdown afforded me the time to finally start learning. So I bought a controller and got to work!

Celebrating love is what weddings are all about. I love LOVE and the joyous energy surrounding the couple and I get to be a part of that by filling the space with awesome music. It’s always a great honor.

Erasure at the Beacon Theatre in NYC 1992. Amazing what a duo can pull off in the synth-pop genre. It was ‘epic’! They had everyone out of their seats and dancing. Andy Bell and Vince Clarke are nothing short of genius. And the artistic direction was brilliant to boot.

“November Rain” … a song about the separation Axl Rose and Stephanie Seymour (one month after their wedding) was requested for a couple’s first dance. It’s important to read the lyrics!

On stage at the Santa Clarita Central Park Music Festival in 2019 in front of 4000 people. We had the place jumping and dancing like their lives depended on it.

Oh my! This is a hard one. I’d have to be in the room, read the crowd to pick the right one to start with. It really all depends on age range and culture.

  • Locked Out of Heaven – Bruno Mars
  • You Should Be Dancing – BeeGees
  • Vogue – Madonna
  • … and one more for good measure:
  • Suavemente – Elvis Crespo

Voice Acting! It’s a side hustle and I love it. It’s so much fun being on the mic and creating characters.

The weather! I mean, I’m originally from an area that was super muggy in the summer and super cold and full of snow in the winter. I miss that sometimes, but you really can’t beat the weather in LA. It makes life a bit easier to not have to shovel your car out of the snow and letting it warm up for 20 minutes before driving.

If I just lay here

Would you lie with me
